About Hanuman Maui
Hanuman Maui is the living continuation of Ram Dass’s presence on Maui. We seek to uphold his teachings of love, service and devotion.
The house and grounds served as Ram Dass’s home for the last 15 years of his life. When Ram Dass dropped his body in December 2019, his energy and heart space remained. Hanuman Maui – Ram Dass Loving Awareness Sanctuary was born out of the vision to preserve his home as a spiritual sanctuary.

OUtreach
Hanuman Maui serves as a collection site for the Maui Food Bank and hand-delivers 60+ meals to people experiencing homelessness every week.
Hanuman Mandir
Our Hawaiian Hanuman Murti was completed in April, 2019. Carved out of native Monkeypod wood by local Polynesian artist, William "Aloha" Pasina, the Murti was welcomed as a full manifestation of Hanumanji by Ram Dass. He now resides in our Hanuman Mandir where we offer daily Puja, Aarti, and meditation.
The inspiration for Hanuman's presence on Maui comes from Ram Dass, Neem Karoli Baba, and the Bhakti tradition. Maui naturally exudes Aloha, the same divine loving energy represented by Hanuman.
